Biography
Art made with and inspired by coffee! Victor Amaya Araujo, was born in Ensenada, Baja California. He studied primary and secondary school in the Mexico Institute, and high school at Cetys and his college career at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara which he studied architect. His specialization in Advertising Art was done at La Joya Academy of Art’s, where he was selected in the Biannual ICBC 1991 and received second place.
In 1994, he traveled to old continent Milan Italy, where he received his Masters degree in Sculpting from the BRERA Academy. In the 90’s, he opened his gallery and established himself in his native Ensenada B. C., where he created the “Arts Movement” inviting painters, sculptors and settling themselves on first street in the city. Among his architectural works, is the local project Fraccionamiento Puerta de Hierro, Condominiums Buganvilias, and fast football complex Jurassic Park. He returned to his vocation with Amaya galleries in Tijuana, Mexico while creating a pictorial show named “Arts on the Streets” in 2007.
Always pushing for the Union of Artists, and believing in good faith that there is a lot of talent in this region. In 2010, he constitutes SEVENTH MECA A.C., a non profit organization, and as his first project he created “REVOLUCIONARTE”, to which he is the Director.
