We want you to have peace of mind when ordering from PPFA. Once the artwork is arrives at your door, open the package and ensure it is in satisfactory condition. If you are unhappy with the shipment, take photographs, and leave the Bill of Lading unsigned. We will work with you to ensure to resolve any issues with your artwork.
